WE DO:
Exchange on a incorrect sizing - The item must be mailed back (at cost to the customer) to Classy Chaps Dispatch in perfect unworn and re-saleable condition. Once we have received the item we will post the exchange item to the customer(we will pay to resend the item only in Australia), International clients will need to pay their own return shipping.
If a client is unhappy with the item received: Classy Chaps must be contacted within 3 days of receiving the item. Return the item to Classy Chaps Dispatch in perfect unworn and re-saleable condition. We will then issue the customer their money back.
